Portions are large and their Egg Fu Yung is the best within a 30 mile radius. Nice people. Go check them out.

This is one of those places where you get good service, more than enough food, and you won't go broke. It has been on the quieter side for our visits during the afternoon. So you get good service and good food relatively fast and with little waiting. Be prepared for take home left overs. Very easy to feed a small family for $50 or under. Remember you will have something to take home. Can't lose here a high win win.

Craving a wonton soup and a rice plate. Settled on chicken with a black bean sauce. It was fine for travel food.

Great real Chinese food here. They'll even do dishes that aren't on the menu if you just ask (nicely). But what they do have on the menu are all the normal American Chinese dishes like broccoli beef, general chicken and some unusual dishes you don't see much. They have a Chinese Chicken Salad for just $9.95 that super good. The dressing they use is insanely good! It's served with a fresh fried thin cut breast on top and lots of onions in the salad. No bagged lettuce here, fresh cut off the head ... I saw them do it! There's a scrambled egg and BBQ pork dish that I haven't seen anywhere else. The scrambled eggs aren't at all like American breakfast eggs! They give it a wok flavor I can't put my finger on, but it's so good I just wanna keep eating it. Generous with the BBQ pork as well! Singapore curry noodles are a great alternative to the regular ole chow mien everybody gets. Try this one, generous portion! Chicken, shrimp and BBQ pork are included. Service is not very friendly, and the kitchen is a bit slow, so just be patient and relax with a beer! They have beer and wine. Or have tea, and enlightening conversation with your dining partners ... or just poke and swish at your phone instead. The food is worth the wait.

A classic of Carson City. While originally founded on Carson street or old hwy 395. Now a local plugin on the north side. Vegan\Vegetarian options are available. A veggie spring roll came out as a surprise as I awaited the vegetable chow mien. A quiet place as I popped in during a low time. The waitress being of authentic Chinese effect had little western appeal. So I can understand the comments otherwise being an understanding of that and not expecting different. I find I was provided service accordingly. The food was an edible taste of a time when so much oil on noodles was a "tasty" delight. A single lunch dish is better suited with a small combo as full plates are family-style. I'd recommend an adaption for that to improve lunch business. .anyways, Chinese culture & food is authentically prepared in thus Chinese American classic Golden Dragon. You can get beer & wine here.

I had Generals Chicken and my wife had Chicken Chow Mein. Everything was hot and fresh. Service was excellent considering the entire restaurant is ran by husband and wife team, that’s it. I have been coming here for years and will continue to come here.
